The history
The Regent opened in 1921 and is the last cinema of its era left in Blackpool. Behind the art deco front is a building that has barely changed in a century.
The reports are consistent: a woman seen walking the balcony, a darker male figure watching from above, and a cellar that staff historically refused to go into.
